Little Whispers is a bespoke party planner service, which prides itself on offering exceptional and unique celebratory experiences ~ tailormade for spirited and adventurous children and of course Adults. Events such as birthdays, engagements, baby showers, hen parties are popular. Founded by Emma Trevillion, parents can now wish upon a star and know that their birthday prince or princess’s every party wish ~ will come true!
Based in Oundle - Peterborough - Little Whispers have over four years experience setting up sleepover, picnic and bell tent parties. The party hire package includes everything you need to take the stress out of planning and hosting a party!
We offer a wide range of themes, decoration, bedding and extras to suit all preferences and parties!

Little Whispers Glamping Parties offers a full service, party co-ordination package. All you need to do is follow five easy steps:

These cute picnic parties can be set up outside or inside! It is perfect for children's parties, baby showers, hen parties, afternoon teas and more! We provide a beautiful table set up with a floor rug, cushions and decorations! A large lace tepee can be added. Plates, cups, straws, napkins are also provided. This can be set up along with your sleepover package or just as a party for the day!

A Bell tent provides the perfect venue for a party at home where you are able to keep the mess and the guests outside the house! It is fully waterproof and ideal for sleepovers or day tea parties. Sizes available: 2 x 4 Metres, 1 x 3 meters and 2 x 2 meters.
We offer party extras such Personalised t-shirts, Bags, eye masks, robes, spa slippers and many more!. We also offer Balloon Garlands, Number Balloons! Cupcakes! Themed Cakes! Please ask for more details!

Wedding Corners
This can be set up at your chosen wedding venue. Tents, tables are perfect to keep the little ones entertained. Toys, books etc can be provided, or you can provide your own. Colours are natural, with greens and whites/pinks or we can discuss your wedding colour theme.

Picnic Table Party
Made from reclaimed wood and seating up to 8 guests per table. WE currently have 4 tables! We can bring your dream party theme outside or inside. With tableware, decorations and cushion seated surround included, all you have to do is choose your location, select your theme and let us do the rest. We’ll come to your chosen venue, set it all up and take it all down again when you’re done. Our picnics do not include food. We have worked with some amazing local catering companies and we will happily supply you the details! Or... we could help you organise it.

Spa - Pamper Party
Perfect add on to a sleepover set up or on its own. Kids can now enjoy luxury mini spa just like adults. Little Whispers will come to your venue and set everything up for the perfect luxury treat!

We work alongside some beauticians that specialise in pampering for young children. If you would like a beautician, please do let us know.

Rugs, Low luxe tables, mats, floor cushions, bowls, mirrors, towels, cotton wool, cucumber slices, face cloths, sponges, head band, water salts and sheet face mask!

Answers You Need
What is your policy for damaged products?
We supply a terms and conditions form along with a booking form which explains everything you need to know regards damages and lost items. All damaged and lost items must be paid at collection.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All Deposits and payments are made by BACS which is supplied by Little Whispers with a booking form.
What deposit is required?
A non-refundable deposit for sleepovers and picnic parties is £25. A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required for Bell Tents. The deposit holds the date in the diary. Deposits must be paid within 24 hours of enquiry and dates won't be held otherwise.
Do you have Public Liability Insurance?
Yes! We are registered with Risk Kitchen. We are fully insured.

Are your tents Safe?
Yes!Â
The tents comply with the EU directive Harmonisation Standards for Toy Safety and have the CE mark. Each frame is CE marked and has the manufacturers details sent with it in accordance with the EU Directive Harmonisation Standards for Toy Safety. The Tent covers are flammability tested, the fabrics and threads are tested for harmful chemicals. Both frames and cover are tested.
